We also deliver help in video format so that our customers have a choice – read or watch. Chrome River's 24-hour phone and email help desk is also available for administrators to receive support and file tickets.

CASCADE is our two-day educational user conference that keeps our customers aligned with the exciting advances in today's high-tech world. Yes, high-tech affects expense reporting and invoice management, too.

The conference features tutorials that take a deeper dive into some of the more complex features and sessions that are designed to provide customers with tools to get the maximum results from Chrome River's expense reporting and invoice management solution.
